These Pumpkin Pie Freezer Pops are incredibly easy to make.  They taste as good as a pumpkin pie, but since they don’t contain any raw egg, they are safe to eat raw.

My husband is not a huge fan of pumpkin pie spice.  I love the stuff, but he doesn’t share my enthusiasm.  I toned down the spice a little bit for him.  Since there is no raw eggs in the batter, you can safely taste the mix and adjust the spices to your personal preference.  If I were making a batch for my dad, I would easily double the pumpkin pie spice… maybe the cinnamon, too.

I prefer to use a mixing bowl with a spout because the spout makes it easier to pour the mixture into the Popsicle molds.  Canned pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and molasses all get tossed into the mixing bowl.  I used a hand beater or hand mixer to blend them together.  However, blender, immersion blender, or even a spoon will work in a pinch.

Once the ingredients are mixed together, taste the mixture to be certain that it is spiced to your liking.  Add more cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, or even brown sugar if you prefer your frozen pops to be sweeter.

Pour the now perfected mixture into your favorite Popsicle mold and freeze overnight.  Once frozen, remove the pop from the mold according to the mold’s directions (usually run the mold under warm water until the pop releases).  I mean, seriously easy right?
