First, I take a can of peaches and drain them. I toss the peaches into a small blender. I used a smoothie blender because it is perfect for adding the ingredients and easy to clean up afterwards. The peaches get pureed.

I toss the soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar into the blender cup and give it a quick stir to combine all the ingredients with the pureed peaches.

The chicken breasts are tossed into a gallon-sized ziploc bag (or any container suitable for marinating). The marinade gets poured over the chicken. I like the ziploc bag because I can flip it every so often to make sure the chicken is thoroughly marinated. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. I usually marinate in the morning and they are ready to grill by lunch or dinner.

Preheat your grill and grill the marinated chicken breasts until they are thoroughly cooked through or reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. The peaches and brown sugar will give the chicken a lovely carmelization.
