One of my favorite non-dairy frozen treats is non-dairy pudding pops. Two ingredients, and they can be made in minutes (plus freezer time). Pictured here are three of my favorite flavors: Pistachio, Strawberry, and Coconut.

You can literally make any flavor, any brand, and add anything you want. I like to add diced bananas to my banana pudding pops. You can add sprinkles, jimmies, cookies, or candies. Crushed Oreos are a favorite add-in here. You can make pops that are half one flavor and half another flavor… or even Neapolitan with strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate layers . You can similarly make stripes, mix flavors, or add diced fruit.
Did you know that Hershey is now making pudding mix? Oh yeah!
