Look what I found in the grocery store! It’s beginning to look a lot like autumn. My calendar stubbornly insists that autumn won’t be here for another week and a half (September 23), but autumn has arrived in my heart and mind. As soon as I saw this, I knew that I would just HAVE to make my two-ingredient fudge – with an autumn twist, of course – maple spice two ingredient fudge.
If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know I made Cream Cheese Fudge (HERE) using this same recipe. Something this delicious just shouldn’t be so easy.
Are you ready to make maple spice two ingredient fudge? Check out the recipe below!
Ingredients
- Small bag of white chocolate chips
- One Can of Maple Spice Frosting
- Did I promise you two ingredients, or what?
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips. I use a double boiler, but it is your kitchen. You can use the microwave, a death ray, solar heat…
- Once the white chocolate chips are melted, mix them with the frosting.
- Those decadent swirls are so tempting. If you can resist the urge to just eat the whole batch right here, stir until they are thoroughly mixed then pour them into a pan, bowl, or container lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for several hours until they are hard enough to cut or as long as you can stand to wait. Soft fudge is yummy, too. The parchment paper makes the process of removing them from the pan so much easier. Clean up is a lot nicer, too.
- Cut them into bite-sized pieces and enjoy… or just treat the whole thing as a giant piece of fudge. I’m not judging.
