My favorite way to keep calm is to always remember “Don’t sweat the little things” and seriously, I enjoy playing games on the computer and reading blogs.

I’ve found that reading a book, taking a bubble bath, doing some yoga, or even singing can relax me when I’m feeling stressed out. Any one of those things helps me to “wind down”.
Coffee and a little time to go through emails or to read a book in peace helps calm me!
