After living in Memphis for 20 years, I finally made my way to Jerry’s Sno Cones on Wells Station Road in Memphis. I have heard people rave about Jerry’s since we first moved here, but we live a good bit away from Jerry’s. I just couldn’t see the logic in driving that far for a snow cone.

Jerry’s Sno Cones
The crowds were unreal. It was difficult to find a place to park. There were lots of people standing in the parking area eating and socializing. Jerry’s Sno Cones seems to be a place where people enjoy meeting up together and hanging out.
This will not be my last visit to Jerry’s Sno Cones. I ordered a snow cone that was half chocolate and half coconut. It was wonderful. A bite of chocolate. A bite of coconut. A bite of both.
This was the perfect refreshing treat for a hot summer day.
All the flavors of a Mounds candy bar in a frozen icy treat. The ice was finely shaved. I didn’t have any hard shards of ice. Jerry’s Sno Cones is also very generous with the syrup flavors. The syrup saturated all the ice with a little extra to sip. They clearly know how to make a snow cone.
My husband ordered a strawberry cheesecake supreme. It is supreme because it comes with ice cream.
My husband is really a supreme kind of a guy. The only thing that he likes more than snow cones is ice cream. He didn’t even have to choose between them.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our treats. I have no doubt that we will be going back again before too long. It is worth the trip.
